Due to the nature of food and consumable products, Raza Talbina does not generally accept returns once an order has been delivered. Customers are encouraged to carefully review their order before completing the purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us review your request, you may be asked to provide clear photographs of the product, packaging, and order details.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in cases where a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing product has been delivered. Each request is reviewed individually and may require verification before approval. Raza Talbina reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or returns will generally not be provided for products that have been opened, consumed, misused, damaged by the customer, or where the request is made after the specified reporting period.
